Zojirushi is a Japanese brand so I’m quite sure that its product’s quality is really high. This hot water urn has four keep warm temperature settings from 160 degree F to 208 degree F. This feature is quite interesting as you can choose the degree you like. It can also bring water to temperature which you desire without boiling by using quick temp mode and especially, it is equipped with a micro temperature control system which is computerized.
Honestly, this is the best water boiler and dispenser I’ve owned. The other nice feature is the vacuum layer. When you use this feature, less energy will be needed to keep the water at the right temperature. And when you leave the vacuum mode overnight, the temperature only is about 60 degrees when using no electricity and in the morning you can choose your temperature plus quick temperature mode to reach the correct temperature really quick.
